Completed expense and funding forms can be delivered in person at a CHICA NS meeting, or forwarded (mailed or faxed) to the CHICA NS Treasurer. Please see contact information on the Contacts web page.
Please note: Requests for funding must be received a minimum of (3) three months prior to the event to be considered for funding.
