CIC Chapter Achievement Award

1. DESCRIPTION OF AWARD
This award is an annual acknowledgement of the CHICA-Canada
Chapter that has the largest increase of eligible members who
have been certified. The presentation will be made at the
annual CHICA-Canada conference. The $750 award is an educational
grant to the chapter.
2. CRITERIA FOR JUDGING
Points will be awarded to applicants based on the following scale: (Maximum 35 points)
- Chapters with 1-35% of eligible members certified (10 points)
- Chapters with 35-49% of eligible members certified (15
points)
- Chapters with 50-74% of eligible members certified (20points)
- Chapters with 75-100% of eligible members certified
(25 points)
The Chapter that shows the largest increase of eligible members becoming certified in 2008 will receive 10
extra points.
