Conference Funding Opportunities
Funds are available for attendance at the CHICA-Canada National Conference through the following industry partnerships:
Education Grant Opportunities for Ontario ICPs
Funds are available from the Registered Nurses' Foundation of Ontario (RNFOO) for Ontario ICPs (both RNs and non-RNs) for:
- SARS Memorial Fund for Infection Control Practitioners - grants for CIC certification/recertificaton; attendance at the CHICA-Canada National Education Conference; and for attendance at a formal ICP education program.
- The Rolling Stones/CPI Awards for the Advancement of Professional Practice in Infection Control - funding to support continuing education and conference participation.
Education Resource Fund Grant Opportunities for BC ICPs
Funds are available from PICNet (Provincial Infection Control Network of British Columbia) for members of PICNet's community of practice to support attending a conference/meeting or other educational activity of their choice.
